TCL received more than 30 honors at IFA 2026, including seven IFA Innovation Award Honoree recognitions and five Global Product Technology Innovation Awards, underscoring the company’s push into advanced displays, AI-powered devices, and connected home technology.
Leading TCL’s award-winning lineup was the TCL X11L SQD-Mini LED TV, which received Android Authority’s IFA Breakthrough 2026 Award and Tom’s Guide’s Best in Show Award for its next-generation SQD-Mini LED technology.
The TCL C8L SQD-Mini LED TV and TCL X3 Series OLED+ Gaming Monitor were also named IFA Innovation Award Honorees, recognizing their display performance, contrast, refresh rates, and design.
TCL’s smartphone portfolio also gained recognition. The TCL P80 Series, led by the P80 Ultra, received Android Authority’s Best of IFA 2026 Award, while the P80 Ultra was recognized as an IFA Innovation Award Honoree for its camera system, display, and design.
In smart glasses, the RayNeo iO Smart Glasses earned an IFA Innovation Award Honoree distinction for its integrated AI assistant. The RayNeo GT Max AR Glasses received both an IFA Innovation Award Honoree recognition and a Global Product Technology Innovation Award for its Dolby Vision-certified augmented reality experience.
AI expands across TCL’s connected home
TCL is also extending AI and intelligent automation into household appliances. The TCL Solar Series Air Conditioner, TCL TwinMag Prime Fresh Series Refrigerator, and TCL heyAiMe Family Companion Robot each received Global Product Technology Innovation Awards.
Meanwhile, the TCL 5G AI CPE X5 Router was named an IFA Innovation Award Honoree for its agentic capabilities, highlighting the growing role of AI in network and connected-home devices.
Beyond product awards, TCL and TÜV Rheinland jointly published the SQD-Mini LED Display Industry White Paper, establishing a framework for evaluating display performance across different real-world viewing conditions.
TCL also received the world’s first SGS Natural Light Visual Comfort Certification, based on a standard developed with SGS, adding another industry benchmark to its display technology efforts.
