vivo Philippines has launched vivo Community, a dedicated online platform designed to give users easier access to product information, technical support, discussions, and mobile photography content.
Accessible through the Community tab in the vivo Store app or at bbs.vivo.com/ph, the platform expands vivo’s digital support and engagement beyond its social media channels.
The community features dedicated sections for different user needs. News & Events covers product launches, promotions, and events, while Tech & Specs provides product deep-dives, comparisons, and feature explainers. Shot on vivo highlights user-generated photography, challenges, and mobile photography tips.
Users can also join discussions, polls, and Q&A sessions through Connect & Discuss, while Sports & Hoops focuses on vivo’s basketball activities and sponsorships. The Contest section will host giveaways and photography competitions.
For technical concerns, the dedicated Support section provides assistance for warranty questions, service center inquiries, and other after-sales concerns, with the vivo After Sales Team overseeing support-related discussions.
To celebrate the launch, new members can receive a free-shipping voucher with no minimum spend by signing up and commenting on vivo Community’s official launch post. Ten lucky participants will also have a chance to win an exclusive vivo tumbler with custom laser engraving.
vivo said a membership rewards system is also in development, with additional community activities, rewards, and member benefits to be announced.
