HUAWEI Philippines has opened pre-orders for the HUAWEI MatePad Pro Max, a flagship 13.2-inch tablet designed to combine PC-level productivity, AI-powered tools, and creative features in a highly portable form factor.
The tablet measures just 4.7mm thick and weighs 499g, with the PaperMatte Edition at 509g. HUAWEI says its Cloud Falcon Architecture improves bending resistance by 60%. A 10,400mAh battery provides up to 14.5 hours of video playback, while 40W reverse SuperCharge allows the tablet to charge compatible devices.
AI-powered productivity and PC-like functionality
The MatePad Pro Max supports an upgraded PC-Level WPS Office and WPS AI features that can help generate presentation content, refine text, summarize information, and support document collaboration.
Its Live Multitask capability can run up to three app windows simultaneously, while the 439g HUAWEI Glide Keyboard provides a laptop-style typing experience and includes a concealed slot for storing and charging the stylus.
13.2-inch 3K OLED display
The tablet features a 13.2-inch 3K flexible OLED display with up to 1,600 nits peak brightness and a 144Hz refresh rate. It also has a 94% screen-to-body ratio and 3.55mm bezels.
The PaperMatte Edition uses a nano-level etching process designed to improve display clarity and reduce visual distractions, making it suited for extended productivity and creative work.
Built for creators
For creative users, the MatePad Pro Max includes a 50MP True-to-Color rear camera and integrates with HUAWEI M-Pencil Pro and the GoPaint app. GoPaint adds features such as Intelligent Color Card and new Fluid and Splatter brushes for digital artwork.
AI-powered tools in HUAWEI Gallery can help adjust images and remove unwanted objects, while HUAWEI Notes can convert handwriting into polished text and assist with mathematical equations.
The HUAWEI MatePad Pro Max WiFi Only, 12GB+512GB, Blue PaperMatte Edition is available for pre-order at PHP 96,999 until August 19, 2026.
Pre-order customers can receive up to PHP 39,595 worth of premium freebies, including the HUAWEI Glide Keyboard, HUAWEI M-Pencil Pro, Bluetooth Mouse, PC-Level WPS Office, one-year WPS AI Membership, and a one-year extended warranty.
Flexible payment options include 0% interest installments of up to 24 months through participating credit cards and up to 18 months through Home Credit.
