Alibaba has launched the international edition of QwenWork, an all-in-one workplace AI agent platform designed to automate complex tasks, generate content, conduct research, and build web applications for individual and enterprise users.
Now available in public beta through its official website and desktop client, QwenWork International initially targets users across Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America, with support for English and Simplified Chinese. Additional languages are planned.
The platform brings together capabilities from Alibaba’s QoderWork, MuleRun, and Wukong AI agent platforms. Users can issue instructions in natural language, after which the agent can navigate websites, operate a local computer with authorization, manage files, and execute multi-step workflows.
Its desktop Awareness feature provides optional personalization by carrying user preferences and previous context across sessions. Users can also save successful workflows as reusable skills.
QwenWork goes beyond task automation with built-in web development, hosting, database services, and custom domains, allowing users to create and deploy web applications without coding or server setup. It also supports native generation of images, videos, and audio, alongside document creation, deep research, voice input, file comprehension, scheduling, and browser automation.
The platform offers Standard and Advanced model tiers. Its Standard mode includes Alibaba’s Qwen3.8 Flash, which the company says reduces token consumption per task by 75% and roughly doubles generation speed compared with the current mode.
For enterprises, QwenWork is positioned as a flexible AI agent option that can eventually connect with widely used workplace tools through its connector framework and leverage Alibaba Cloud’s global infrastructure.
