ASUS Philippines has expanded its “No. 1 Quality & Service” program, introducing enhanced warranty coverage and upgraded after-sales support designed to give students, gamers, creators, and young professionals greater confidence in their devices.
Available starting June 8, 2026, the initiative strengthens ASUS’ customer support ecosystem through longer warranty periods, expanded preventive maintenance services, on-site support, and broader international coverage.

Under the updated program, flagship ASUS devices—including ProArt, Zenbook, Vivobook S, Vivobook Flip, and ROG gaming laptops—now come with a three-year international and local warranty. ASUS and ROG desktops, as well as All-in-One PCs, continue to receive a three-year local warranty, while mainstream Vivobook, TUF Gaming, ASUS Gaming laptops, and ROG Ally handhelds retain two-year international and local warranty coverage.
ASUS is also enhancing device protection through its ASUS Perfect Warranty program, which provides one year of accidental damage protection for eligible laptops and handheld gaming devices.
Beyond warranty coverage, the company is introducing up to six free preventive maintenance sessions, allowing customers to access professional device cleaning and maintenance services throughout the warranty period. ASUS has also doubled its replacement window from seven to 14 days and expanded on-site service support for flagship product owners.
The upgraded program is supported by ASUS’ extensive service infrastructure, which includes more than 100 authorized service centers across the Philippines and warranty support in over 90 countries, helping users stay connected whether studying, working, or traveling abroad.
As demand for reliable laptops and gaming devices continues to grow in education, hybrid work, and content creation environments, ASUS said the enhanced service package aims to deliver long-term value beyond hardware specifications by improving ownership experience and customer support accessibility.
