Eastern Communications showcased its enterprise connectivity capabilities and distinctly Filipino approach to customer service at the Bali Annual Telkom International Conference (BATIC) 2026, held August 25–28 at the Bali International Convention Center in Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia.
The Philippine telecommunications company joined global telecom leaders, digital innovators and enterprises at the event to explore emerging technologies and developments shaping the future of digital connectivity.
Eastern highlighted its “High Tech, High Touch” philosophy, combining connectivity expertise and digital solutions with a human-centered approach to serving businesses. The company said its nearly 150-year legacy is grounded in Filipino values such as hospitality and malasakit, which it aims to bring to its relationships with customers and partners worldwide.
“At BATIC, we hope to bring together the best of both worlds—the strength of our technological expertise and the warmth of human-centered service,” said Jaeson Evangelista, Co-Coordinator of Eastern Communications.
The company also used its participation to explore collaboration opportunities with organizations and industry leaders across the region as enterprises increasingly rely on connectivity and digital technologies.
Eastern said it continues to strengthen its portfolio of connectivity and digital solutions while focusing on the evolving technology requirements of organizations. Its participation in BATIC reflects its effort to position Philippine telecommunications expertise within the broader global digital economy.
