Lisset Laus-Velasco, chairman and CEO of the Laus Group of Companies (seventh from left); Pedro Simoes, managing director of Ford Philippines (eighth from left); and Angelina Santos, first vice president and Ford Group head of the Laus Group of Companies (ninth from left), lead Ford Libis’ 25th anniversary celebration and the awarding of its long-time banking partners. Joining them are executives from the Laus Group, Ford Libis, and Ford Philippines.

Ford Libis, operated by the Laus Group of Companies, is marking its 25th anniversary in the Philippines with plans to upgrade its facility to Ford Signature 2.0, a global dealership standard designed to integrate digital and in-person customer experiences.

Targeted for completion by the end of 2026, the upgrade will introduce a modern showroom environment and a more personalized vehicle-buying journey, covering vehicle displays, consultations, test drives, delivery, and aftersales services.

Ford Signature 2.0 was developed in collaboration with the automaker’s international dealer network to address changing consumer expectations for a flexible and seamless purchasing experience. The approach bridges digital interactions with dealership visits, allowing customers to explore vehicles and receive tailored assistance throughout the buying process.

The planned facility will also feature advanced diagnostic and repair technologies in its service workshop. Optimized service processes aim to reduce waiting times, while professionally trained technicians and service advisers will support maintenance and repairs in line with Ford’s global standards.

Ford Libis is set to become one of the first Ford Signature 2.0 dealerships in the Philippines. The initiative also marks the beginning of Ford’s broader plan to upgrade its dealership network nationwide over the coming years.

“Reaching 25 years is both a proud moment and a starting point to achieve something greater and bigger,” said Pedro Simoes, managing director of Ford Philippines, acknowledging the dealership team, the Laus Group, and customers for their continued support.

Lisset Laus-Velasco, chairman and CEO of the Laus Group of Companies, said the transition to Ford Signature 2.0 is an important step toward improving the experience for current and future customers.

The anniversary highlights Ford Libis’ 25 years of vehicle sales and aftersales support, alongside its commitment to modernizing automotive retail through improved customer services and technology integration.
