Kherk Roldan’s 16-year journey in search engine optimization (SEO) reflects how digital marketing has evolved from keyword rankings and backlinks into a broader discipline shaped by artificial intelligence, voice search, social platforms, maps, video, and brand authority.

Roldan began exploring SEO with a simple goal: helping businesses use Google to reach more customers without depending entirely on traditional advertising. His work has since grown into an SEO company employing more than 100 office-based professionals and serving businesses across industries.

A key part of his approach is treating SEO as a business-growth technology, rather than a pursuit of rankings alone. His campaigns focus on measurable outcomes such as qualified leads, customer acquisition, inquiries, appointments, and revenue.

As search technology continues to change, Roldan and his team regularly test strategies, analyze data, monitor algorithm updates, and refine their processes. The emergence of AI-generated search results is further changing how consumers discover and evaluate businesses online, requiring companies to build visibility across multiple digital channels.

Roldan has also expanded his digital-business initiatives through School of Profits, an education platform that helps Filipinos develop digital marketing and online-service skills, and Ma Gym Buu, a specialized gym marketing agency focused on SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing.

Looking ahead, Roldan sees SEO moving beyond traditional search engines as AI, voice technology, social media, maps, and video increasingly influence online discovery. His focus remains on helping businesses adapt to these changes while creating opportunities for entrepreneurs and digital professionals.
