Maya has increased the borrowing limit of its Maya Personal Loan product to up to ₱400,000, giving eligible users greater access to financing through a fully digital lending process.

The enhanced offering allows borrowers to apply directly within the Maya app without submitting paperwork or collateral. Approved loan proceeds are credited directly to the user’s Maya Wallet, streamlining the borrowing experience and reducing the need for traditional bank visits and manual requirements.

In addition to the higher loan ceiling, Maya Personal Loan now offers repayment terms of up to 48 months, enabling borrowers to manage larger expenses through predictable monthly installments.

The move highlights the growing adoption of digital lending technologies in the Philippines, as financial institutions leverage mobile platforms to simplify access to credit for consumers pursuing business expansion, home improvements, investments, education, and other major life goals.

By digitizing the entire loan journey—from application and credit evaluation to disbursement—Maya aims to make borrowing faster, more accessible, and more convenient for Filipinos seeking flexible financing options.
