GoTyme Bank’s app lets customers send and receive international remittances, with transparent transaction details and access to funds in one account.
GoTyme Bank is expanding its digital banking services for Filipinos sending and receiving money across borders through international remittance features built into the GoTyme Bank app.
Under its “It’s Tyme to Be Together” campaign, launched in partnership with Cebu Pacific and TapTap Send, GoTyme Bank is also offering customers a chance to win round-trip flights and cash prizes through qualifying international remittance transactions.
The bank’s Send Money Abroad service allows customers to initiate international transfers through the app, with fees, exchange rates, estimated arrival times, and the expected amount to be received displayed before confirmation. The service supports transfers to more than 200 countries and territories in eight currencies: AUD, CNY, EUR, GBP, JPY, KRW, SGD, and USD.
For incoming remittances, customers can receive funds directly into their GoTyme Bank account through international banks using SWIFT, supported remittance partners such as TapTap Send, or participating Visa partners. GoTyme Bank’s SWIFT transfers are powered by Wise.
Once funds arrive, customers can save, spend, pay bills, or transfer the money through the same GoTyme Bank account, reducing the need for branch visits or cash pickup.
The “It’s Tyme to Be Together” raffle runs from September 16 to November 30, 2026. Customers who opt in earn one raffle entry for every qualifying international remittance of at least ₱5,000 sent or received directly through the GoTyme Bank app. Five grand prize winners will receive round-trip economy flights for themselves and a companion, along with additional prizes.
The initiative highlights how digital banking platforms are bringing international money transfers, account management, and everyday financial transactions together within a single mobile experience.
