ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management and security division of Zoho Corporation, has launched the ManageEngine Marketplace, a new partner-developer ecosystem that enables organizations to discover, deploy, and manage third-party extensions, integrations, plugins, and AI agents across its IT platforms.

The new marketplace is designed to help enterprises extend the capabilities of ManageEngine solutions through specialized add-ons developed by partners and independent software vendors. It also serves as a distribution hub for Zia Agents, ManageEngine’s AI-powered autonomous agents built for enterprise IT environments.

According to ManageEngine CEO Rajesh Ganesan, the growing use of AI-powered development tools is driving demand for secure and scalable ways to customize enterprise platforms. He said the Marketplace enables developers and partners to build beyond ManageEngine’s native capabilities while maintaining the governance, security, and quality standards expected by enterprise customers.

The Marketplace addresses a growing enterprise challenge: integrating hundreds of IT solutions into a unified operational ecosystem. By providing access to industry-specific extensions and custom-built capabilities, ManageEngine aims to accelerate deployment, increase platform flexibility, and help organizations meet unique business and operational requirements.

A key component of the initiative is the integration of Zia Agents, which allow enterprises to deploy AI-driven automation and autonomous capabilities across IT operations. The move aligns with the broader industry trend of incorporating AI agents into enterprise workflows to improve efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery.

ManageEngine said the Marketplace follows a collaborative model that benefits platform providers, developers, and customers. The company delivers enterprise-grade platform infrastructure, while developers leverage its tools and ecosystem to build solutions faster and reach a broader customer base. Organizations, in turn, gain access to specialized extensions tailored to their business needs.

The Marketplace is open to partner-developers, independent software vendors, and customers. However, every submission undergoes validation for functionality, security, compliance, and quality assurance before publication, ensuring that innovation is balanced with enterprise-grade security and governance requirements.

ManageEngine believes the new ecosystem will accelerate enterprise IT innovation by providing a secure and scalable platform for AI-powered solutions, integrations, and custom business applications.
