Leaders from government and the private sector formalize a strategic partnership to advance digital government payments and public service modernization. Pictured from left are Nardo M. Masa, LANDBANK First Vice President and Head of the Central NCR Branches Group; Atty. Charito A. Zamora, Chairperson of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC); Ann Margaret T. Saldaña, Chief Executive Officer of MYEG Philippines; and Eduardo Anthony G. Mariño III, Deputy Treasurer of the Philippines. The collaboration integrates MYEG PH’s Electronic Payment and Collection System with the PRC’s LERIS platform, enabling more accessible, secure, and convenient digital payment options for PRC transactions nationwide.

MYEG Philippines (MYEG PH) has entered into a strategic partnership with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Bureau of the Treasury (BTr), and Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) to accelerate the digitalization of government payment services for Filipino professionals.

The quadripartite agreement integrates MYEG PH’s Electronic Payment and Collection System (EPCS) into the PRC’s Licensure Examination and Registration Information System (LERIS), enabling seamless online payments for PRC fees and pioneering the implementation of the Electronic Documentary Stamp Tax (eDST) for PRC transactions.

Under the partnership, users can pay for licensure examinations, initial registration, license renewals, certifications, and other PRC services through more than 100,000 payment channels nationwide. Available options include e-wallets such as GCash, Maya, ShopeePay, GrabPay, and PalawanPay; online banking platforms; credit and debit cards; QRPh-enabled payments; and over-the-counter outlets.

The initiative aims to streamline government transactions by providing citizens with faster, more secure, and more accessible digital payment options while improving collection efficiency for government agencies.

MYEG PH Chief Executive Officer Ann Margaret T. Saldaña said the partnership represents a major step in advancing government digital transformation through secure and convenient payment technologies. PRC Chairperson Atty. Charito A. Zamora added that the collaboration aligns with the government’s digitalization and ease-of-doing-business agenda.

Officials from the Bureau of the Treasury and LANDBANK also highlighted the role of interoperable digital payment ecosystems in enhancing transparency, financial inclusion, and public service delivery.

The collaboration strengthens MYEG PH’s position as a key enabler of e-government services in the Philippines, supporting the broader push toward citizen-centric, technology-driven public services.
